Odisha State Portal Award Details

The following awards will be given to the candidates in this scholarship scheme:

Senior Merit Scholarship (Medhabruti)	INR 5,000 yearly to each selected student for up to 3 years.
Post Graduate Merit Scholarship (Medhabruti)	This program offers INR 10,000 yearly for all shortlisted students for two years.
Technical and Professional Merit (Medhabruti)	The scholarship gives INR 10,000 yearly to all selected students during their courses.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for SC	Waiver in the tuition fee/course fee, admission fee, library, and sports fee. Students will also get a maintenance allowance of INR 550 for scholars & up to INR 1200 for hostellers.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for ST	Waiver in the tuition fee/course fee, admission fee, library, and sports fee. Students will also get a maintenance allowance of INR 550 for scholars & up to INR 1200 for hostellers.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC/SEBC	Waiver in the tuition fee/course fee, admission fee, library, and sports fee. Students will also get a maintenance allowance of INR 350 for scholars & up to INR 750 for hostellers.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for EBC	Waiver for actual fee/course fee, admission fee, library and sports fee. Plus, students will get a maintenance allowance of INR 350 and up to INR 750 for hostellers.
Pre Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities	The students will get INR 350 for up to 10 months in this scheme. Besides, they will also get INR 600 monthly for day scholars and hostellers, respectively. This scholarship also features a monthly reader allowance for blind pupils, plus a monthly transport allowance if the applicant is not a hosteller. A severely disabled student will get a monthly escort allowance, and a monthly coaching allowance for mentally disabled students.
Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities	The shortlisted students in this scheme will get a maintenance allowance and additional allowance for the student’s disability, and authorities will reimburse their non-refundable fees.
Prof. Ghanshyam Dash Scholarship for Higher Education	The shortlisted academics will enjoy a waiver of 90% in their academic fee and other expenses for the entire duration of their courses. Plus, they will also get INR 1 Lakh per annum.
Scholarship to Meritorious Students under Central Sector Scheme	The graduation level students will get INR 10,000 yearly for the 1st three years of college and university. Postgraduate students will get INR 20,000 yearly. Those pursuing a professional degree/ integrated courses will get INR 20,000 yearly.
Vidyadhan Scholarship Program (Odisha) (1st and 2nd year)	The shortlisted candidates will get INR 6,000 yearly.
Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati Scholarship	The shortlisted scholars will get INR 20,000 (one-time payment).
Financial Assistance to Sportspersons	The selected scholars will receive financial assistance: Sportspersons (BPL category) will enjoy a 100% fee waiver and an additional INR 10,000. Besides, they will also get INR 5,000 for six weeks for their miscellaneous expenses. Sportspersons (Non-BPL Category) will enjoy a 75% fee waiver, and they will also get an additional amount of INR 5,000 for long-term certifications and courses. Besides, INR 2,500 for six weeks for other miscellaneous expenses.
