Eligibility Criteria
Hagan Scholarship has a very particular and different eligibility criteria. This criteria determines the overall aptitude of the applicant both as a student and as a citizen.

For this scholarship, all public high schools located within the US and governed by school districts are applicable.
In case of colleges and universities students must enroll in non profit four-year college or university present in the United States and having more than 5000 students.
This scholarship is not eligible for applicants studying in community colleges and online institutions.
Hagan Scholarship Online Application Procedure
If you qualify according to the criteria and have all the required documents arranged, then follow the steps mentioned below to apply for Hagan Scholarship online:

- It provides $6,000 to students for each semester to ensure debt free graduate college.
- The total amount of awards awarded to recipient for eight semesters is $48,000 for undergraduate and $30,000 for graduates along with other fringe benefits.
