Family Empowerment Scholarship FES 2023 Application, Requirements

As a result of House Bill 7045, signed into law by Florida’s Governor in 2021, the state’s Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES) Program has undergone several changes, most notably an expansion of the program to include more eligible students.

The FES Program is a school choice program that provides scholarships for eligible students to attend their desired private or public school.

Further, the primary goal of this scholarship program is to empower families to choose the best educational option for their children, regardless of their income level.
With the program’s expansion, more students will have access to this life-changing opportunity. Most scholarships are awarded and given based on financial need and can be used to cover tuition, fees, and other educational expenses.
